Withdraw a contract

This function allows you to withdraw from a contract concluded online with MeisterCheck GmbH. The withdrawal is completed in two steps: first you identify your contract, then you confirm the withdrawal. After submitting, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email with date and time.

This option is available to you in addition to other channels. You can still declare your withdrawal informally by email, letter or phone. You can find the detailed withdrawal instructions in our Terms & Conditions.
