Buying in Germany from abroad means deciding on cars you have not seen, from sellers you have not met. Sending your own people is expensive; trusting the listing is risky. Every wrong purchase costs you margin, transport and time.
Meistercheck for Dealers is built for that workflow: you send us listings, we inspect them anywhere in Germany to one fixed standard and deliver comparable reports in your language. You decide which cars to buy – with documented facts instead of photos. Transport, export plates and registration stay with you or your partners; we deliberately do not compete with your business.

What every inspection includes
- Body and paint with paint thickness measurement and accident repair check
- Engine, gearbox, drivetrain, chassis, brakes and tyres
- TÜV NORD vehicle diagnostics with fault code read-out across all control units
- TÜV NORD battery check (state of health) for electric and hybrid vehicles
- Document check: registration papers, service history, TÜV, VIN, mileage plausibility
- Test drive where technically and legally possible
- Structured photo documentation and defect list with overall assessment

For businesses based in another EU country with a valid VAT ID, no German VAT is charged. The place of supply is determined in accordance with Art. 44 of the EU VAT Directive; VAT is payable by the recipient under the reverse charge mechanism pursuant to Art. 196.
For your first inspection, book online at the standard price: tick “I am booking as a business” and enter your VAT ID – it is verified instantly with the EU VIES service.
Dealer partners with recurring orders receive volume pricing below the standard price. Tell us your expected monthly volume and we will send you a proposal.

From a few inspections per month. There is no minimum to get started – book your first inspection online at the standard price and we talk about terms afterwards.
Dealer partners receive one consolidated invoice per month. Businesses based in another EU country with a valid VAT ID are invoiced net without German VAT (reverse charge, Art. 44 and 196 EU VAT Directive).
